The founder of Coachly, Will is an in-demand executive coach with over 30 years of performance and talent development experience. Will has won numerous awards for his organizational development work including the ATD Best award, Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Learning Elite award, American Business Award (Stevie) Gold award, and the JD Power Customer Satisfaction award, to name just a few.

Knowledgeable in all areas of performance and process development, Will is a GE-certified Six Sigma Black Belt, skilled in working with individuals from all levels of any organization.

Tina Brunel is a dynamic and pragmatic leader with extensive experience managing large teams in Fortune 500 companies and successfully leading through change. Consistently recognized for her leadership high engagement scores, Tina leverages her experience from a decade at UnitedHealth Group and 8 years with Toshiba to help leaders develop tactics and best practices for keeping teams accountable, engaged and productive.

She has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and is a certified Prosci Change Management Professional (CCMP). Tina is adept at managing relationships up to the C-level.
